FTP Change dir bug fixed
Default path for pictures, video and log is moved to application data directory instead of install directory, to remove problems with limited windows user accounts.

Bugs fixed:
Couldn't load "video port" device drivers, analogue video-in devices.
Two devices with the same name got settings mixed up.
Minor features/changes:
Caption files are parsed for date/time commands.
Overlay image supports png files with alpha-transparency (semi-transparent).
IP detection checks with tincam.com to return the external IP address, instead of LAN IP address.
HTML pages: Java applet and Meta Refresh tag replaced by JavaScript that reloads images.
Streaming starts on startup.
FTP Creates directories if they don't exist.

Bugs fixed:
