• TinCam won't accept my registration key?
  
  Please check that:
  

  1. You copy and paste the entire key, and don't get any extra spaces or line breaks along when copying.
  2. You are trying to register the correct version of TinCam. Not all keys work with alle versions of TinCam. You can get a key for the version you need from the registration keys page.
  
  
• Video Streaming doesn't work?
The most common problem with video streaming is that the incoming connection is blocked by a router. This problem is solved with port forwarding.
