Help: Setup windows - FTP
If you want to upload the website files to your website using FTP you must enter servername, username password etc. here.

'Use a temporary filename...' makes TinCam upload the picture as a.tmp file and then rename it to the right name when uploaded. This prevents an empty image box if a user views your homepage while the picture is being uploaded. Enabling this is especially recommended if you have a fast upload interval.
